Our milk powders are very suitable to be used as an ingredient in bakery products.
Most bakers prefer milk powder because of the shelf life and storage. With 1 Kg of milk powder, you can obtain approx. 10 liters of milk, which makes it an interesting product for higher production volumes.
The product does not need to be refrigerated, which is an additional advantage. Once an opened package is closed well and kept in a cool (<25 ℃), dry and odourless place; it has a long shelf life.
