WPC80 – Whey Protein Concentrate 80%
Whey Protein Concentrate is produced from fresh whey, a by-product from cheese production. Filtration is used to produce whey protein concentrates. The protein percentage in dry matter is at least 80%.
Whey Protein Concentrate allows you to prepare your own sports and dietary foods, among other things. This product can also be used in bakery products, chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces. The powder does not contain any colourings, flavours, sweeteners or thickening agents.
Our Whey Protein Concentrate can be ordered in 1 and 20 Kg bags, and can be stored for at least 24 months in its unopened original packaging. This product should be kept in a cool (<25 ℃), dry and odourless place.
How to use whey protein concentrate?
To make a protein shake, dissolve approx. 25 grams of whey concentrate in 250 ml of milk, water, juice or other drink of your choice.
Prefer a taste? Add vegetables and/or fruit and mix in your blender! We advise you to add about 150g of fruit to the whey concentrate mix, but you can of course adjust this according to your own taste!
