Yoghurt powder can be used in your bakery products, snacks, chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces.

Yoghurt powder is made from skimmed milk by adding cultures, allowing the product to reach a certain pH value. After the milk has been pasteurised and thickened, it is spray-dried to obtain a homogeneous powder.

» Please note: you can not create yoghurt out of yoghurt powder, this can only be used to add flavour to, for example, in ice creams, chocolate etc.

Yoghurt powder can be used in your bakery products, snacks, chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces.

Yoghurt powder is made from skimmed milk by adding cultures, allowing the product to reach a certain pH value. After the milk has been pasteurised and thickened, it is spray-dried to obtain a homogeneous powder.

Our yoghurt powder can be ordered in 1 and 5 Kg bags, and can be stored for at least 12 months in the unopened original packaging. This product should be kept in a cool (<25 ℃), dry and odourless place.
