If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt, in its original state and packaging. Before returning your purchase, please first contact us by email or telephone, so we can provide you with a return label.
Articles that have been opened may not be returned.
We will process your return shipment as quickly as possible after it arrives.
We will then credit your account with the returned article’s purchase price as soon as possible and within no more than 14 days.
1. Contact us by email/telephone.
2. We will send you a return label.
3. Put the article back in the box together with the completed return form.
4. Stick the return label on the package. Make sure that the original address label can no longer be read.
6. Hand in your parcel at the postage service point and keep the shipping receipt.
7. You will receive an email from us as soon as we receive your return shipment.
8. We will then credit your account with the returned article’s purchase price as soon as possible
and within no more than 14 days.
