Lactose

Lactose can be used in many products, such as: bakery products, snacks and meat products, salad dressings and seasonings, but also in chocolate and confectionery, ice cream and other desserts, or in soups and sauces.

Lactose (milk sugar) is naturally present in milk. Lactose is produced from fresh whey, a by-product from cheese production. After thickening, crystallisation and heating, the product is dried and ground to obtain a homogeneous powder.

Our lactose is available in 25 Kg bags and can be stored for at least 24 months in its unopened original packaging. This product should be kept in a cool (<25 ℃), dry and odourless place.
