Terms of delivery

Our packages are sent with DPD.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 p.m. are shipped the same day and delivered the next day*.
*DPD usually delivers the next working day in the Netherlands and Belgium. European customers usually receive their package within 3-4 days. Note: this is an indication.

Dutch and Belgian customers do not pay shipping costs for orders above €50,00.
For orders below €50,00 we charge a shippingcosts of €5,99  (regardless of the weight and size of the package).

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest DPD-point, where you can collect it at a later time.

We deliver exclusively to countries within the European Union.
The shippingcosts for these countries are calculated and displayed in the shoppingcart.
